Wine tasting

By accessing the wine tasting services, you accept without reservation the present General Sales Conditions (GSC).

Services offered

- Tasting by bottle shipment:

To have your wines assessed by Raimonds Tomsons.

Shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

- Visits to wineries:

Raimonds Tomsons will visit your winery. The cost of these services will be assessed and communicated when you request a personalized quote.

Travel and accommodation costs are at the customer's expense and will be assessed and added to the initial price.

Tasting

Wines tasted that do not achieve a minimum score of 89 points will be refused.

In this case, you have the possibility of proposing other vintages or products at the price per tasting: 99 USD.

Secure payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe, with PayPal, Link, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard as options. Our services comply with international security standards, including PCI DSS, to guarantee the protection of your data.

Your bank details are never stored by our systems.

Cancellation and modification

- Cancellation by the customer: All reservations are firm and final. No refunds will be given once payment has been made.

- Modification or cancellation by Wine BHM: In the event that Raimonds Tomsons is unable to provide the service if the session is fully booked, we will postpone the tasting until the following month. No refund will be made.

Intellectual property rights

All videos, content and tasting results remain the property of Wine BHM. Reproduction or distribution without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Registration and Access to Services

Before benefiting from the tasting services, the customer must register with Wine BHM. By registering, the customer agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Access to tasting services is subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and the creation of a valid user account on Wine BHM.

By registering with Wine BHM and accessing our services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of London, United Kingdom.
